WebOffice Configuration

You can add any WebOffice instances to Analytics that you want to monitor. When you add a WebOffice instance, all its projects within are automatically added. Any referenced ArcGIS services are also added but are only enabled for monitoring by default if you have added the ArcGIS Server for monitoring.

You can set alarms to trigger if the probe to a WebOffice instance or project, or a referenced ArcGIS service, fails or responds too slowly. You can also set an alarm to trigger if an ArcGIS Server exhibits excessive CPU or memory usage.

Once you have added a WebOffice instance, you can also change settings for a specific WebOffice instance or project.

Default WebOffice Settings

You can change the default Collection Intervals and Alarms for all WebOffice instances.

Add a WebOffice Instance to Monitor in Analytics

You need to add WebOffice instances as these are not added dynamically to Analytics.

Once you have added WebOffice instances, you can enable or disable a WebOffice instance, or remove it completely.

To access WebOffice, Analytics requires the credentials for the WebOffice batchadmin user, which is used for automated operations. For details, see the WebOffice documentation.

To add a WebOffice instance to monitor in Analytics:

  2. At the bottom of the sidebar, click Add, and then click WebOffice.
