Troubleshoot Start-up after Upgrading
You may encounter the following when you start up Geocortex Analytics after you upgrade or install:
If you try to open the application immediately after installation, you may see a licensing error. The error occurs because Geocortex Core is just starting up, so Geocortex Analytics cannot yet access information. This error goes away if you wait a few minutes until Geocortex Core has started up.
If you try to open the application before the database update is complete, you will see a notice saying that the database is still migrating.
If you open the application and see a blank page, the browser is trying to open the previous version. Clear the browser cache and try again.
If you see any unexpected behavior after you have upgraded, be sure to clear your browser cache. If your browser cache is not cleared, the application may be trying to use outdated files from the previous version.
