Type in the Display Name of this site, for example, After Action Playback (AAP), and then a description of the application.
Click Next.
Select Create an After Action Playback application.
Click Next.
From the drop-down list, select the AOP application that you want to link this playback application to, and then click Next.
Click Finish.
The system creates a ready-to-use AAP application consisting of a site and a viewer, that connects it to the AOP application you specified. All the collaboration channels, including those that have been archived, are available for after action playback.
Configure the AAP Application
You can use Geocortex Essentials Manager to make changes to your AAP application such as:
Add and organize additional reference map services relevant to your organization’s after-action review. Some of these map services will be the same as those in your AOP application, but others can be unique after-action.
Refine security and permissions for your users and groups.
Set the Site Display Time Zone. Currently, you may notice a difference in the time zones between the channel view and the time slider. To prevent this from happening, you should set the Display Time Zone for your AAP application.

Set the Site Display Time Zone:
Log into Geocortex Essentials Manager.
Click your AAP site to edit it.
In the Site sidebar, click Site Info.
In the Site Details section, from the Display Time Zone drop-down list, select UTC.
