The options are found in Project >Options>VertiGIS Studio Desktop Printing.

Available options include:

•Layout templates root path - Optional. If this is left blank, the default is C:\Program Files\ArcGIS\Pro\Resources\LayoutTemplates. Any folder can be specified here.

•Print Engine URL - Optional. When this field is blank, the local print engine toolbox is used. You may also point to the URL of another print engine.

•Maximum POST Request size in Bytes - The size of a POST request (sending data) to the print engine is limited by this setting. The default is 5 million bytes or 5 MB. In some scenarios such as larger and more graphically demanding prints, this limit should be raised.
