You can optionally configure IIS to improve the performance of loading Web for the first time. By default, IIS only compresses files that were recently requested; the following procedure causes IIS to compress files regardless of how often they are requested.
.Click the Windows Start menu, type Internet Information Services (IIS) Manager and click it.
.At the root of the server, click Configuration Editor.
.In the Section menu, type or navigate to system.webServer/httpCompression.
.Set staticCompressionIgnoreHitFrequency to True.
.Click Apply.
