Create Value Activity

Description

An activity that evaluates an arbitrary JavaScript expression and makes the result available as a value to be used by other expressions as if it were a variable. The result of the expression evaluation is returned as the output of the activity.

The Create Value activity is functionally equivalent to the Evaluate activity.

Usage

The Create Value activity can be used to create a value from an expression. You can then reference the result of this activity in later activity input expressions.

Optional Type: any The expression to evaluate.

Outputs

result

Type: any The result of the expression evaluation.

This activity works when the device has intermittent connectivity to the network.
