Get Random Value Activity

Description

Gets a random decimal value between 0 (inclusive) and 1 (exclusive).

This activity does not provide cryptographically secure random numbers. Do not use the random values for security purposes.

Usage

A workflow may need to generate random values.

This activity has no inputs.

result

Type: Number The result of the operation. A random decimal value between 0 (inclusive) and 1 (exclusive).
