Converts a text value to a number.
This activity is used to convert text values to numeric values. A workflow may capture text from a user input and then need to supply that value as the input to another activity that is expecting a number. For example, a Text Box element in a Display Form activity could prompt the user to enter a distance value. The user may type a number like "5" into the text box but the value will still be text. Use the Parse Number activity to convert the text value to an actual number. Then you can use the parsed result as input to the Buffer Geometry activity or another activity that expect numeric input.
