Alarms allow you to monitor specific resource metrics and trigger an alarm (Error, Warning, or Info) when your defined thresholds have been reached.

Alarms are configured at the Resource Group level and can be overridden by single instances of a resource.

Alarms are configured in Settings and they are viewed and interpreted in Reports.
