If you want to make the app template available to other users, you must share the Production app in ArcGIS Online.

If your app template uses a 2D web map or a 3D web scene, you must share those as well. Otherwise, users may encounter errors when they attempt to use your app template.

To share an app template:

1.Navigate to the Production version of the app template you created.

2.Click Share in the panel on the right.

3.In the Share dialog, select Organization, and then click Save.

4.Return to the VertiGIS Managed Files and open the web map your template app uses.

5.Click Share in the panel on the right.

6.Set the sharing level and click Save.

Your app template now appears in Studio Mobile Designer when you click File > New.
