You configure and change settings for an application in Mobile Designer. Depending on the level you are at in the Components when you access the configuration menu, you can perform these actions on multiple components within an existing app (root or highest level) or a single component (at the component level).

The following are the methods used to configure map components:

•You can configure the settings of a component or service.

•You can get component or service configuration from an existing app or template and make it part of your current app.

•You can export component or service configuration from your current app to one or more other apps.

•You can revert a component or service's configuration to the last saved version.

You can also download or upload the configuration of an app.
