It is possible to export component or service configuration from your current app to other apps. You can Export the Configuration of a single or multiple components or services. In either case, you can export configuration to multiple apps simultaneously.

Export Configuration for a Single Component or Service

When you want to export a single component or service, you need to open the component or service you want to export. You select the apps to receive that configuration and export the component or service. The exported configuration overwrites that component or service in the apps you selected.

You access the Export Configuration option from the Options menu at the top-right of the particular component or service's panel.

Export Configuration for Multiple Components or Services

When you want to export multiple components or services, you must ensure you are at the highest level of the Components or Services panel.

To ensure that you are at the highest level, click the back arrow in any panels that are open.

You select the apps to receive all the component and service configuration, and export all the components and services. The exported configuration overwrites those components and services in the apps you selected.

You access the Export Configuration option from the Options menu at the top-right of the root Components or Services panel.

To export configuration for a single or multiple components or services:

1.Do one of the following:

•To export a single component or service, click the Options menu at the top-right of a component or service's panel.

•To export multiple components or services, click the Options menu at the top-right of the root Components or Services panel.

A dialog opens and lists all the apps that you have permission to use.

2.Click the apps you want to export the configuration into, and then click Export.

The dialog that opens depends on whether you selected to export one or multiple components and services. The multiple components to multiple apps dialog contains a list of the components and services being exported on the left side.

3.In the left column, select the component or service from which you want to copy configuration.

4.In the right column, select the components or services you want to overwrite with the new configuration.

5.Click Next.

6.Review the changes to be applied and when you are ready, click Apply.

The selected configuration is exported.
