When you open Web Designer, you see a number of template apps that you use to configure and create your own app. The templates are basic apps that contain layouts and configuration to act as a starting point for most apps you are likely to want to use. Designer allows you to move and modify every component in each template, so you can configure it extensively to create an app that does what you need it to do.

You can use the configuration of a component from a template or app.

You can create an app template from an existing Production app.

If you want the app template to be available to other users, you must share the app template.
