If you want to make the app template available to other users, you must share the Production app and its web maps and web scenes in ArcGIS Online.

To share an app template:

1.In a web browser, sign into arcgis.com with the account you used to create the Production app that you want to use as a template.

2.Click Content.

3.In the side panel, under Folders, click VertiGIS Studio Viewer Files (don't delete).

 A list of your VertiGIS Studio Web apps, web maps, and web scenes appear.

In ArcGIS Online, an app is known as a Web Mapping Application.

4.Select the checkbox beside the Production version of your app, which has a (prod) suffix.

For example, if your app is named "My VertiGIS Studio Web App", select My VertiGIS Studio Web App (prod).

Do not select the Development version of your app, which lacks the (prod) suffix.

5.If your app uses a 2D web map, select the checkbox beside the Production version of the web map, which has the name of the app as a prefix and a (prod) suffix.

For example, if the name of the app is "My VertiGIS Studio Web App" and the web map is named "Capital City (Web 2D)", select My VertiGIS Studio Web App - Capital City (Web 2D)(prod).

If you share the app but not its web maps, other users may encounter errors if they select your template.

6.If your app uses a 3D web scene, select the checkbox beside the Production version of the web scene, which has the name of the app as a prefix and a (prod) suffix.

For example, if the name of the app is "My VertiGIS Studio Web App" and the web scene is named "Capital City (Web 3D)", select My VertiGIS Studio Web App - Capital City (Web 3D) (prod).

If you share the app but not its web scenes, other users may encounter errors if they select your template.

7.Near the top-right of the page, click Share.

The Share window appears.

8.Select the checkbox beside the name of your organization.

9.Click OK.

10.Open VertiGIS Studio Web Designer to verify the app template appears for the users you want.
